Lillie and Lake at Dream Nissan Service in Lawrence are simply the best. I came in with my check engine light on, and Lillie immediately checked me in with a warm, attentive attitude. Lake was incredibly patient, answering all my questions and helping me figure out exactly what was covered under my warranty. I also really appreciated Lake's honesty about the timeline; the service department was slammed, and he explained they were pushing my car to the next morning so my technician, Olivia, wouldn't have to rush her work. My car is running much better after the service, thank you so much Olivia. Highly recommend this team for their excellent customer service and transparency!
