Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Dream Nissan Lawrence (“Dealer”) and the individual or entity (“Customer”) purchasing or considering the purchase of a vehicle from Dream Nissan Lawrence. By engaging in any transaction with Dream Nissan Lawrence, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Inspection and Test Drive:
   • Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect and test drive any vehicle before making a purchase.
   • Any concerns or issues identified during the inspection or test drive should be brought to the attention of the Dealer
2. Pricing and Payment:
   • The listed price for each vehicle is subject to change without notice.
   • All prices exclude government fees and taxes, finance charges, and any dealer document preparation charges.
   • Payment for the vehicle must be made in full, and the title and ownership of the vehicle will only be transferred upon receipt of full payment.
3. Financing:
   • Financing options may be available through third-party financial institutions. Approval is subject to creditworthiness and the terms and conditions set by the financing institution.
4. Vehicle Ownership and Title:
   • The title to the vehicle will be transferred to the Customer upon receipt of full payment.
   • The Dealer guarantees clear and marketable title to every vehicle sold.
5. Warranty and Service:
   • Vehicles may be sold with existing manufacturer warranties or extended warranty options. Details will be provided during the purchase process.
   • Routine maintenance and service are the responsibility of the Customer once ownership is transferred.
6. Returns and Refunds:
   • All sales are final. Dream Nissan Lawrence does not accept returns or provide refunds.
   • Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dream Nissan Lawrence.
7. Trade-Ins:
   • If the Customer is trading in a vehicle, the Dealer will assess the trade-in value based on its condition, market value, and other relevant factors.
8. Governing Law:
   • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications to Terms:
   • Dream Nissan Lawrence reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

By completing a transaction with Dream Nissan Lawrence, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
