1. Program description

Dream Nissan Lawrence sends text messages to customers who have opted in. There are two kinds of messages, and each has its own consent:

Informational messages (transactional and service-related): replies and follow-up about a vehicle inquiry you made, appointment confirmations and reminders, one-time verification codes and offer codes you requested on our website, and one-time signing PINs and links for your vehicle purchase documents.
Promotional messages (marketing): marketing text messages and promotional offers such as sales events, special offers, financing specials and service coupons.

We do not send third-party advertising.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by ticking a consent box on one of our website forms, by giving written consent at the dealership, or by texting START to our number. Our website forms have two separate consent boxes, one for informational messages and one for promotional messages. Neither box is checked by default, and you can agree to one without the other. We only send you the kind of message you opted in to. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, offers and purchase, and with which message types you opted in to.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, as set by your mobile plan. Dream Nissan Lawrence does not charge for these messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or sign up again.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, call us at 785-856-9220, or contact us online.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
