We are proud to announce that Nissan USA has bestowed an incredible honor upon Dream Nissan Lawrence! We have received the Nissan Award of Excellence for 2026.

This isn’t just some token award for reaching a preset sales target – it’s far more than that. There are three criteria, each judged independently and a dealership must do more than simply meet or exceed a preset goal. They must out-perform nearly 900 other Nissan dealers in the country – in all three regards!

That means that to qualify for this award, we had to be in the top 15% of the more than 1,000 Nissan dealerships nationwide, in each of the following three criteria:

1. Operational standards – mastery of business management, employee training, and facility standards. Nissan takes operational standards very seriously, which is why this is one of the important measurements of a dealer’s performance; and
2. Customer satisfaction – customer satisfaction must always be exceptionally high, whether dealing with vehicle sales or repairs and maintenance issues; ­and
3. Sales performance – simply meeting or exceeding sales volume expectations isn’t enough – to qualify for the Award of Excellence, a dealer must also do so better than the majority of other dealers in the country.

Only those dealers who rank in the top 15% of dealers nationwide in all three regards receive this award. So perhaps you can understand why our entire team is stoked about having won this award for the first time. You can also bet that this is only our first – there’ll be more – bet on it!

The criteria driving this award are central principles of our business and how we define all our actions. Ensuring each of our customers has nothing but positive experiences in all their dealings with us is key to our success, as well as being a very important part of why we won this award.

So we want to thank Nissan USA for recognizing our efforts. And we also want to thank each and every one of our team members for their contributions to the effort to make Dream Nissan Lawrence worthy of this award. And of course, we also want to thank all our customers for having given us the opportunity to make their Nissan experience as positive as it could possibly be.
